HAIL TO LYDERHORN (2014)

Primer larga duración para la formación germana con un propueta de black agresivo y clásico, con claras influencias del thrash o el doom, que se mueve por terrenos cercanos a Darkened Nocturn Slaughtercult, más que nada por la coincidencia de tener un mujer al frente y que para acentuar su aura mística y ocultista, el nombre del álbum hace clara referencia a un lugar próximo a Bergen donde se suponía que durante el S XVI se realizaron aquelarres. "Hail to Lyderhorn" son más de cincuenta minutos de black agresivo e incendiario que como nota destacable tiene unos elaborados riffs de guitarra, rápidos y no exentos de cierta melodía o incluso melancolía que muchas veces funde sus propuesta con el thrahs más visceral. Por otro lado tenemos las voces de Iron Meggido, simplemente espectaculares, manteniendo un registro agresivo y violento, pero que no se corta cuando tiene que gruñir con fuerza, realmente todo un descubrimiento. Con todo esto nos queda un álbum con regusto a clásico que desde el comienzo agradará a la vertiente más tradicional. (8,4).
